Subject: Historic Property Reinvestment Act Conference – -May 18th
Our statewide workshop to strategize for passage of the NJ Historic Property Reinvestment Act will be held at the Plainfield Library on May 18th. As all of us know who own homes in a historic district, it is more expensive to renovate and repair our homes. If this bill were passed, it would provide some monetary relief to us. Since it also covers commmercial projects, it would be a help to revitalize our historic downtown.
The morning conference will be followed by a gourmet catered lunch at The Castle and a walking tour of the District. All for $35.
