Home Improvement Funds Available to Union County Homeowners

The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholder announce the County’s Home Improvement Program has up to $24,999 per household to help low and moderate income homeowners do necessary repairs and improvements to their homes. In the past 10 years the program has helped 542 homeowners do repairs and renovations to their homes.

Union County homeowners interested in the program should call Development Directions, LLC at 732-382-8100 for more information on the program. The program is open to residents in 19 of Union County’s 21 municipalities, with the exception of Union and Elizabeth, which have municipal programs.
